Sunday - 'Rest' day. Cross training at Storrs Adventure Park with friends. Great time and a good core workout.

Thursday - HMF Riverfront Scramble #2 - 2 mi warmup, 5k race, 2 mi cool down.
Results: 2nd place overall.


Friday - 5 miles
Saturday - 21.5 miles

Tuesday - 6 miles, biceps & core
Wednesday - 5 miles, back & core
