Sunday - 'Rest' day. Cross training at Storrs Adventure Park with friends. Great time and a good core workout.Monday - 5 miles
Tuesday - 6.25 miles
Wednesday - 5 miles
Thursday - HMF Riverfront Scramble #2 - 2 mi warmup, 5k race, 2 mi cool down.
Results: 2nd place overall.
